  • All students and staff are encouraged to wear a face mask. Masks will be available for sale at Mercearia.

  • Hand sanitisers are placed at the entrance of every building and in your classrooms.

  • Temperature scanning will be done at the entrance of every building.

  • A 24-hour helpline will continue to operate at MAHSA. 24-hour helpline from KKM is also available.

  • We will continue to provide health services with doctors and nurses available.

  • Daily disinfecting services will be conducted in all classrooms, labs, lifts, cafeteria, gym, hostel common areas.

  • Lectures will continue to be delivered online and be live-streamed. Students are encouraged to attend every online lecture, in real time, so that they can interact with their lecturers.
  • Tutorials and Practical classes will be held in larger rooms, and also live-streamed for students who are unable to attend, keeping distance between individuals of between 1 to 2 metres.

  • Auditoriums, Library, Computer Labs, Engineering Labs, Science Labs and Exams Halls will have spaced seating arrangements, keeping distance between individuals of between 1 to 2 metres.

  • Attendance in classes will be highly flexible, giving students maximum ownership of their safety and health.

  • Cafeteria queue and seating, also keeping to social distancing. 1.Markings on the floor to keep queues of people at safe distances 2.Pre-pack food to speed up transaction time.

  • Staff offices – social distancing. Staff seating arrangements will be spaced out.

  • Minimising of all gatherings (or avoid altogether).
