DBM 1233 FUNDAMENTAL OF MANAGEMENT (ELECTIVE)
This course concentrated on the importance of management within the global business environment. Management theories applied to the three business models which is sole proprietorship, partnership and corporations. Students will understand how first-line, middle and top managers influence the success or failure of business. This course emphasized on all five areas of management which is marketing, human resource management, marketing , operations and finance.
